I checked with the manufacturer, and can verify that the only Curt trailer hitch receiver that fits your 2016 Chevy Cruze Limited is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11425.
The other option you were referring to is actually not a fit for the Limited, it is only a fit for the standard Cruze.
